### **Virtual DOT Compliance Assistant**

Support trucking companies in staying compliant with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with DOT registrations, filing updates (MCS-150, UCR), maintaining compliance calendars, and preparing clients for audits. Must be detail-oriented and familiar with FMCSA requirements. Training provided.

### **Virtual Assistant (Generalist)**

Provide day-to-day support across multiple departments including email management, scheduling, document creation, data entry, and customer communication. Must be resourceful, reliable, and tech-savvy.

### **Customer Support Representative**

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries about services, assisting with onboarding, and resolving basic issues. Must have excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to work independently with a client-first attitude.

### **Business Setup Specialist**

Assist clients with LLC and EIN formation, operating agreement templates, and compliance filing guidance. This role also includes educating clients on business credit basics, connecting them with resources, and ensuring a smooth startup process.

### **Marketing and Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time)**

Support visibility and growth by managing email campaigns, scheduling social media, creating outreach lists, and building local or digital partnerships. Must be organized and creative with experience using platforms like Mailchimp or Meta Business Suite.

### **Freight Dispatcher**

Manage freight for owner-operators and small fleets. Responsibilities include booking loads, managing rate confirmations, negotiating with brokers, and tracking delivery status. Requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a good understanding of load boards and dispatch software.
